The 143rd Guadalupe County Fair welcomes commercial vendors, food vendors, craft exhibitors and specialty vendors from across Texas.

Two steps to a booth

Thousands of visitors attend the fair each year to enjoy shopping, entertainment, exhibits, food and family activities.

Exhibit hours

  • Thursday — inside5:00–9:00 PM

Insurance requirements

All vendors must obtain their own policies to sell goods at the Guadalupe County Fair and must provide a copy of their coverage to the Fair.

Vendors must include the City of Seguin and Guadalupe County on their policies. You may provide your own insurance or, if needed, obtain vendor insurance from Kaliff Insurance at 210-829-7634.

Rules & guidelines

  • No excess noise from the booth.
  • No sale of dangerous or illegal items, or items that hinder clean-up of the grounds. Prohibited items include silly string, smoke bombs, knives, guns, air guns, pellet guns, pop guns, darts and switchblades, and clothing with writing, pictures, emblems or symbols of violence, sex, illegal drugs, blood or gore.
  • Due to space limitations, like vendors are limited to two.
  • The Association assumes no responsibility for theft, vandalism or accidents.
  • Keep the area around your space clean of trash.
  • Share the loading spaces — unload and move your vehicle so others can unload.

Move-in

  • Large exhibit booths: Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday 4:00 PM.
  • All other booths: Wednesday 9:00 AM–8:00 PM.
  • Single table-top booths: Wednesday afternoon through Thursday noon.
  • Late arrivals are subject to an additional charge of $75.00 (check or cash).

Important notices

  • Exhibitors have a special parking area.
  • The Event Center back door is only open prior to grounds opening and should remain locked at all times — do not prop it open. That is what the passes are for.
  • Get passes to everyone working your booth before the grounds open.
  • Past exhibitors may request their previous location, but this is the 2026 fair — we rearrange things from year to year to keep the fair fresh.
