Ten departments — antiques, art, baked foods, clothing, crafts, canning, handwork, ornamental horticulture, photography and the pumpkin decorating contest.

Presented by the Guadalupe County Master Gardeners — produce competition, educational exhibits, children’s activities, free seeds and a benefit raffle.

Classes & judging

General exhibitor requirements

  1. Read the current information and official rules for your division.
  2. Submit the required entry form and payment by the applicable deadline.
  3. Confirm that the exhibitor and animal meet all eligibility and health requirements.
  4. Review arrival, check-in, judging and release times before traveling to the fairgrounds.
  5. Bring your own livestock bedding or shavings when required by your division.
  6. Follow all instructions provided by officials and show personnel.
