Three nights of professional rodeo, a carnival midway, free live music every night, the largest parade in the county, livestock shows and home arts — all in one long weekend. Kids 10 and under get in free.

Admission is simple — and there are more free days than paid ones

One gate price covers the carnival grounds, exhibits, petting zoo, live music, the Best Dressed Contest, the Queen’s Contest and the food trucks. Rodeo tickets are separate and include grounds admission.

PRCA Rodeo

Lancaster Pro Rodeo returns Oct 8–10, 7:30 PM nightly — one of the first rodeos of the 2027 PRCA season, with world champions chasing NFR points.

Ferris wheel, merry-go-round, midway games and thrill rides. Advance armbands are $28.63 online versus $30 at the gate — good for one 6-hour session, any day.

The Fair Parade

One of the largest annual parades in the area steps off at 10:00 AM sharp in downtown Seguin, rain or shine. Entries are judged at 8:30 AM.

The main event

“The road to the gold starts in Seguin.”

Seguin hosts one of the first rodeos of the 2027 PRCA season, which puts fans in the stands as top cowboys and cowgirls open their chase for the National Finals Rodeo. Increased contestant added money has made this a must-enter stop on the circuit.

Featured act Rider & Bethany — 2020 PRCA Dress Act of the Year, fresh off the 2025 National Finals Rodeo — bring trick riding, trick roping and gun spinning to the arena all three nights.
